Workshop "From student to professional"

On 29 and 30.03.2021 our apprentices from the 1st year of apprenticeship participated in the workshop “From student to professional”, which was accompanied by trainer Michael Strößenreuther in the Bildungshaus St. Arbogast in Götzis. The focal points of this workshop were:

• Self-leadership
• Desire for performance (…looking ahead)
• Dealing with mistakes – courage to take risks
• Professional role – teamwork
• Own patterns
• Reflection or location determination

Of course, before the course started, all participants were tested for COVID-19 by the team of the AmZ Test Center.
These were two exciting days for our apprentices.
